We deliver, free
We deliver and pick back up across the SF Bay Area — free on orders $100+, or a flat $20 delivery fee under $100. No self pickup; we bring it to you.

Sign the waiver
A short rental agreement protects both sides — read it, then check the box and type your name. This step signs the waiver; it does not confirm your booking yet.

Confirm by email
This is the step that actually locks in your date. We email you a confirm link — click "Yes" within 30 minutes or the hold releases.

Enjoy your event
We set up, you host, we handle pickup. Need to reschedule or cancel after? Your confirmation email has a link for that.
